I am excited to announce that I have been appointed to serve on multiple committees in the Illinois General Assembly. I look forward to using these positions to advocate for the people and communities of our great state.
I am honored to have been selected to serve on the following committees:
- Appropriation – Health & Human Services Committee
- Adoption & Child Welfare Committee
- Agriculture & Conservation Committee
- Counties & Townships Committee
- Energy & Environment Committee
- Higher Education Committee
- Transportation: Regulations, Roads & Bridges Committee
- Higher Ed-Special Topics Committee
I am particularly excited to serve on the Appropriation – Health & Human Services Committee, where I will work to ensure that our state’s healthcare system is accessible and affordable for all citizens.
Additionally, I am proud to be a member of the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus and the Illinois Legislative Progressive Caucus. These caucuses represent important communities and values in our state, and I look forward to working with my colleagues to advance our shared goals.
As your State Representative, I am committed to working tirelessly to represent your interests and make positive changes that benefit our communities. I will use my positions on these committees to advocate for policies that promote economic growth, protect our environment, and ensure that every citizen has access to the resources they need to succeed.
